A Journey of Healing, Strength, and Self-Reclamation

Inside
my story

I didn’t arrive here because life was gentle. I arrived here because I survived what nearly broke me.

This space is about healing after emotional pain - reclaiming your voice and learning how to feel safe in your own body and life again. I share my journey not as someone who has it all figured out-but as someone who chose to rise anyway.

If you’re navigating heartbreak, trauma, rebuilding, or rediscovering who you are after loss- you belong here!

This is where we rebuild. This is where we rise.

Meet the Woman Behind Rising Phoenix

A smiling woman with pink hair, wearing a beige hoodie and pearl earrings, sitting indoors with greenery in the background.

I’m Elizabeth — a mother, creator, and woman who learned how to rebuild when life didn’t go as planned.

Rising Phoenix was born from survival, but it is sustained by intention. I write about healing not because I have it all figured out, but because I chose to rise instead of remain silent.

This space holds my reflections, my art, and the truth I’ve learned along the way: healing is not linear — but it is possible.
